About Budget Dialup

Does Budget Dialup share my personal information?

No. We treat your data with the utmost care and respect. We do not sell your personal information to third parties or market to Budget Dialup customers. We will not disclose any of your personal information unless we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Budget Dialup, our clients, or others.

When Does Budget Dialup collect my personal information?

Credit/Debit Card Purchases - When you make an online purchase directly from us with a credit or debit card, we require your name and address (including ZIP code) to validate that you are the person who was issued the credit card you're using. This information is also required to process the billing transaction, and is indefinitely stored in a database on our credit card transaction servers.

IP Logging - When you surf our site, we log your IP address. All individuals who surf the Internet have an IP address that is usually assigned automatically by their Internet service provider. We do not attempt to reveal your identity or personal information from this address, and we do not give this data to any other businesses or individuals. We keep track of this address as it gives us broad demographics information. We can get an idea of what states or countries we receive visits from and use that data to improve our content.

Dial-in Phone Number - When you dial in to the Budget Dialup network, we may log the number from which you dialed. We capture this information so we can measure our service reliability and manage the capacity of our network in a particular area. Like an IP address, the number we record is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
